Days passed, months passed and years passed away and we thought at the end of the day “Oh my God we dint even realize how fast time flew away.”
We are always in a hurry. We believe in getting things done in the fastest way without even experiencing the fun of it. We have a lot to do in a day right? And we just need more than 24hrs to complete those.
Are humans really sensing this crisis situations? Can they tackle it?
Yes, all can, provided they change the way they look at life. In the zest of earning more money we all have lost the fun. Some believe if you earn enough money you can enjoy it at a later stage of life. But what if you don’t make up till the later stage of life. You have just missed your golden opportunity, i.e. The life.Remember like a car or a bike which has to start from its 1st gear and then proceed to the higher gears, our day should also begin with lower speed and then gradually speeding up as the day proceeds and bringing back to its original state at the end of the day. If you speed yourself full time, you will drain your body faster and nothing will be left to relish at later stages.
I want you to ask few questions to yourself when you are high on stress. What is important right now? And once you get the answer concentrate on the thing which you have considered important. From the beginning of my career I was told to concentrate. Now what is this concentration really?
When you were young and you used to go out to play with your friends, did you ever used to think anything other than your game? Your whole body was so into it, even time was not given any importance. So we derive concentration as giving your 100% in what you decide to do. Sounds simple but practical? Lets think of a daily example. Its 11pm and you are still in the office worrying about your difficulty in reaching home. Now out of your 100% processing of your brain 50% is diverted in this unnecessary issue. If you would have concentrated on your work you would have completed your work earlier and you might have faced lesser problems reaching home. But if you worry nothing productive is happening and you are just hampering your speed.
Many of us face problems of day dreaming. Well its not confined to just day, we tend to dream every now and then. Now how to manage that? We have a soul in our body. And when we dream we let our soul fly away, which is wrong. Ask yourself every now and then where are you. When this constant message is circulated in our brain it limits our soul from flying.
I had mentioned above to enjoy work. Now how can someone enjoy work. Lets tweak the definition of enjoyment. You can surely learn from what you are doing at work. Try to derive happiness from your surroundings. How? Sitting in AC room, comfortable chair, pat yourself that you were selected for this job and given this responsibility.
And when you are not working, you are just sitting on the couch of your drawing room. Just acknowledge the chirping of the birds. The beautiful patter which is being portrayed on the blue sky. That lovely and bright sun which is generously giving his energy to earth. The swinging of leaves. There is much more to feel and experience here.
Turn the negative into positive. I will give my example. I was annoyed on my so called friends. “So called” because they only remembered me when they had some problems. When they used to enjoy I was nowhere in the picture. I was frustrated, but later I thought why I am angry. Am I angry because I am talented? I should be happy that my face comes in to peoples mind in problematic situations. And suddenly the frustration just vanished. I felt much lighter and happy.
So you see its all in the mind. You just need to know how to turn things in your favor.
I am not a saint. I have just sensed this while thinking and I am sharing with you because it worked for me. Tomorrow will be a beautiful day. Make the most of it.
