Democracy has penetrated in almost every part of the world. One of the principles of democracy is freedom to speech. Agreed that we all have different views regarding the society we live in. But speaking in air doesn’t make any sense. There has to be an audience for it.
The world is not complicated as it been seen. Every person has its own story to be told. Till the time he doesn’t tell it to anyone it is trapped in its body. He only feels relieved when it is voiced to someone. The person doesn’t expect any advises or suggestions, he just needs to be heard.
Imagine a life of a service guy. He goes to job, works hard, comes home and sleeps. Not much interaction with family. Time passes by. At the end of the day he has an immense need to express his thoughts – anger or satisfaction to someone.
The mentality of any person be a boy or a girl is same. I would relate this to the aspect of power. More the power, more the audience to follow it. If we think in a similar way. More the audience more is the level of satisfaction the person derives from opening up to them. He will appreciate suggestions from his friends if he takes it in the right way or else he will feel hurt.
There is no hierarchy in this motto. All have similar desires. People who have chosen their life partners might not face this issue as the doors are open both ways. If not keep them open to retain the relationship.
An advise to all – Just learn to listen and support the weak. There will be no loss to you, but there would be a great amount of satisfaction to the person whom you heard.
