Dreaming loud

One of the best parts of any day is when we lay our body on bed. We simply relax and after some time sleep. We all think before we sleep. In our idle time we also think, and over a period of time we start dreaming.

And what we think. We just imagine ourselves in various situations. Some might be past experiences where we acted differently. And some might be our own projected future.

Lets get more deep into our dreams. There are two types of dreaming: Conscious dreaming and subconscious dreaming.

In conscious dreaming we are fully aware of what we are going through. We change the constants as and when we want. This type of dreaming is quite addictive, as all like being here. But it also has limitations. This type of dream has an end in itself. Everytime we go through the same scenarios again and again. No matter how much you try to change characters the theme remains same. Because this directly relates to your real life. As and when you differ your living this will have new dimensions.

Lets move to subconscious dreaming. This is a part where you have absolutely no control over what you are going through. It feels as if you are a part of a scene and you can’t escape it. Ever imagined what our brain does when we are not thinking. It doesn’t stop. Apart from handling its normal body activities it also recreates some randomly generated scenes. It can be anything from your birth to a recent movie you have seen. At this time your brain activity is less, so the thinking brain is under limit. You feel like you are cut off from the real world. Here you can breathe in water, fly in air. Almost anything. You can also suffocate.

The worst part is when you wake up and you don’t remember what had happened. The dream is lost. The brain has not registered it.

Usually a human starts with conscious dreaming when he lays on bed. When he goes to sleep his mind starts exploring in the hidden part of our brain by dreaming subconsciously. And before you wake up, it comes back to conscious dreaming.

We don’t have process killers for our body. When some random thought comes in our mind and even if we stop thinking about it. It runs in our back of our mind.

The best thing to avoid being in a deep trouble is to start thinking positively. Learn to turn anything bad into good. That will elevate you in a safer paradigm.

ya, dreams are a reflection of our thoughts and events that take place. dreams unlike what many think are not meaningless random scenes happening in your mind.. they have a significance.. many dreams are signals of whats happening in your body.. some dreams are said to be future predictions.. if you explore this field further, you will realize how much meaning is hidden in this strange concept called dream.. :)
